Your Personal Information
Information by which you may be personally identified may be collected via our website, from telephone calls and from any written correspondence. By providing any such personal information, you agree to us contacting you. Your personal information will however only be used by DesignXY Ltd and will not be sold to any other organisation. Name, job title, contact information such as address, telephone number etc, details of your property and land ownership and any other information deemed relevant to your project. This information is recorded in Google Contacts and Contacts by Apple.
Information collected via email and web-based forms. Email hosting is via Google and our web hosting is through Squarespace.
If you enter in to any formal service contract with DesignXY Ltd, we may store your information within Xero for our accounting needs. Information will also be shared with RIBA Contracts.
Your information is held for as long as we need it, to enable us to manage and administer your project, and in line with any legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. Our storage of personal data will be reviewed on a regular basis. Redundant information will be disposed of, however you can request for us to delete any of the information that we hold about you at any point.
Use of Information - Our Recruitment Process
We will retain your personal data in relation to recruitment for approximately one year following the completion of the process if your application is not successful. Your data will only be shared with relevant third parties, such as recruitment advisors, but only to the extent that disclosure is necessary for the recruitment process.
